Program Development and Management Unit
The Program Development and Management Unit is an integral and cross-cutting unit with expertise in:
- program design, management and evaluation;
- capacity building of partner organisations in management and organisational development; and
- development of new program opportunities and proposals.
The unit has a dedicated facilitation role that brings together and coordinates expertise to ensure it is applied effectively in the countries in which we work including country programs for India, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam.
The strategic objectives of the unit are:
- To access diverse pools of funding to support sustainable growth of the Nossal, aligned to its vision, mission and strategic priority areas.
- To develop strong strategic relationships with development partners to enhance Nossal’s opportunities and the quality of its engagement in development work.
- To manage high quality programs that achieve development aims and build capacity in partner organisations.
- To contribute to program delivery and undertake other development and field activities.
