Preparation of Phase 2 Funding Application for Round 4 HIV/AIDS and Malaria Grants
Description:The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) is a non-profit foundation, established in January 2002 to attract, manage and disburse large amounts of additional financing to support locally-driven strategies to combat AIDS, TB and malaria. The Global Fund allocates funding through proposal rounds. In Cambodia, GFATM has approved proposals submitted during the first, second, fourth and fifth rounds. The purpose of this activity was to work in close collaboration with the Principal Recipient’s M&E, procurement and finance teams, to oversee the preparation process for Phase 2 funding applications to GFATM. The objective of this activity is to generate two Round 4 Phase 2 request documents (HIV/AIDS, Malaria).
