Description:The goal of HSBS is to improve the health of the population of Timor Leste through increased use of government health services. The purpose is to provide research on the causes and associated factors affecting use of government health services in order to inform government health policy making and strategic planning and development. AIHI provided technical assistance in the design of the study.
