Monitoring and Evaluation to Prevent HIV
Description: The project consisted of qualitative and quantitative surveys of condom availability, surveys of the changing risk behaviours of communities at risk of HIV infection, HIV and STI sero-surveys, and assessments of policy change at national and provincial levels. AIHI provided technical support to the Government of Vietnam to improve its HIV disease surveillance system.
