Students
Dr Abuchahama Saifodine commenced his PhD studies in late March 2008. His project involves studies of the epidemiology and management of tuberculosis in Mozambique. His principal supervisor is A/Prof Jim Black.
Ms Marcia Monjane began her Master of Public Health at the University of Melbourne (with an AusAID scholarship) in 2007. A/Prof Jim Black is currently supervising her major thesis, which focuses on a study of the programs to prevent and mitigate HIV infection in health workers in Mozambique.
